If you provide artwork to TGI, you represent that you have full authority, including without limitation permission of or license by any party holding any applicable copyright or registered trademark, to utilize the same, including reproduction of the artwork for apparel and/or promotional products to be ordered from TGI. The customer agrees to hold TGI harmless from any claim by a party holding any copyright or trademark applicable to artwork submitted by the customer.

Next is the fun part - telling us all the components of your design! You can make changes to any of the stock designs in our design library, or start a custom design of your own! If you submit a custom design your account rep will reach out after you hit the submit button at the end. This is to make sure we are on the same page with creating your dream design! This last step is super important for us to guarantee on time and fast delivery! Please keep in mind that after your order has been placed and paid for, our standard turnaround time is 6 business days plus shipping to your location. Your account rep will be in contact with you to discuss all the details of your design and dates to expect your art proof!
